Nice to meet you! My name is Julie Colin and I fell into customer experience when I was a young girl: I grew up in a restaurant!
As a child, customer experience was my main occupation!. I named the dishes, re-wrote our menus with ‘mouth-watering’ descriptions, created advertisements, and distributed flyers to promote my parents' restaurant. Whatever it took to help our customers have a great time!
Today, digital customer experience has become my full-time profession. I am a content and SEO specialist trained in UX design, with 10 years of experience managing website projects for a prominent digital agency.
And yes – all those years wearing dozens of hats gave me the opportunity to step outside country on many occasions, living in Dublin, Luxembourg, Brussels, and Madrid! That’s why I love and often work on multi-lingual projects with my clients, covering several regions within Europe.
When I'm not looking for keywords, I also enjoy literature, listening to podcasts, and wondering which new city I’d like to live in!
